Guiding Star supplies integrated services for Business Development and Resource Execution.

Guiding Star Business Enterprises, LLC was founded by Michael Horn and started out as a small business development consulting firm. Since that time, it has evolved into an endeavor to build small multi- generational, agricultural and self- reliant communities. We have a focus on teaching that business and community development can be more rewarding than student loan debt or useless hours spent in college on a degree that often doesn’t lead to the reward you thought it would. Michael’s passion for business began at the age of 5 working weekends at the swap meet in Los Angeles with his grandfather. He has a broad spectrum of hands-on business learning, both in his own companies and working with others.

Michael is a natural born orchestrator and process driven, through tangible analytics research and executions. He loves to study organizational psychology and how to place the right seat in the right chair. Marrying with 3 biological children and adopting his wife's 3 children, he has been greatly blessed and full of joy. With the recent arrival of his first Grandchild life has seemingly started over. While Michael has made lots of mistakes in life his success is grounded in his faith in Jesus Christ and consistently getting up dusting off and coming back even stronger.
